AGCO Corporation’s Breganze site seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives and ensure compliance with Italian regulations and AGCO standards.

You will head the site EHS team, drive risk assessments, audits, training, and continuous improvement programs, and act as the RSPP within an industrial environment. Fluent Italian and English are required, with at least 10 years of manufacturing EHS experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and qualification to act as RSPP.
• Minimum 10 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Italian health, safety and environmental legislation.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach and develop the site EHS team and define priorities in alignment with business needs.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and management systems; lead audits and investigations.
• Drive training programs and strengthen the site safety culture.
• Monitor environmental performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
