ERM in Milan is seeking an Intern to join the Merger & Acquisition team. The role involves EHS audits within M&A projects and ESG audits with action plan definitions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, is fluent in English (C1), proficient with MS Office, and willing to travel in an international environment. Curiosity, flexibility and a team player attitude are valued.

Compensation: 700 euros base monthly plus 19 meal tickets.

ERM is looking for an Intern based in Milan who is willing to join our Merger & Acquisition team.

The person will be included in the team activities such as:

• Environmental, health and safety (EHS) audits in the framework of mergers and acquisitions projects;
• Environmental, social, governance (ESG) audits and action plan definition, to help companies identifying and managing risks and opportunities for sustainable development.

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Master degree in Environmental, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines;
• Fluency in English (C1 level), knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus;
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment
• Curiosity, flexibility, and team player attitude

The recommended recruiting rangefor this role is 700euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
