ERM is expanding its M&A Team in Milan and looking for a motivated entry-level Risk Consultant with a passion for sustainability. The role involves conducting audits on ESG issues, supporting risk activities, and assisting project managers with research and proposal preparation.
Ideal candidates will have a master’s degree in relevant fields and strong knowledge of Italian and English. Join ERM to contribute to diverse and impactful projects, with a competitive salary range of €30,000 - €35,000.
The M&A Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, Risk Consultant to join them! The M&A team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large base of clients. Consultants in the M&A team work on a wide range of interesting projects including ESG management consultancy, advisory and due diligence covering decarbonization. To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail-oriented entry level ESG Consultant who will support with the delivery of ESG related services to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food etc.) and with a passion for sustainability. Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
Experience across Risk Management and in consulting environment. A master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance or other relevant disciplines. Working knowledge of Italian and English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish). Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
The recommended recruiting range for this role is €30,000 - €35,000.
