Job summary

Hermes Corporate is seeking a Computer Vision and Robotics Engineer to design and deploy vision-based solutions, operating at the intersection of AI and robotics. You will build real-time systems, develop scalable pipelines, and push models to edge and production environments.

You will collaborate with software, hardware, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, optimize performance, and stay current with the latest CV and DL advancements in applied AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision and DL
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Solid understanding of CV concepts (CNNs, feature extraction, object detection)
• Experience training and deploying ML models in production
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, ONNX)
• Experience with image/video datasets and data pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy computer vision models for real-world applications
• Build and optimize deep learning models for detection, segmentation, classification, tracking, and pose estimation
• Develop scalable image/video processing pipelines for training and inference
• Deploy and optimize models for real-time and edge environments
• Integrate vision models into production systems with automated platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Evaluate model performance using real-world data and improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency
• Stay up to date with CV, DL, and applied AI advancements
