Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing technical sales engineering team and drive growth across our Hardware Assisted Verification portfolio. You will guide customer engagements, shape product direction, and mentor Field Application Engineers in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and R&D.

This leadership role requires deep expertise in hardware emulation, emulation offload, FPGA prototyping, and DFT, plus power-aware verification.

• Lead Field Application Engineer team execution across technical sales activities.
• Guide evaluations and customer engagements with emulation, prototyping, DFT, and power-aware verification.
• Present ROI and time-to-market benefits to customers and executives.
• Define success criteria for technical engagements and differentiate offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales on opportunity planning and strategy.
• Develop and mentor engineers; manage hiring and performance.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
