Job summary

Taller Marmo, a luxury womenswear brand based in Milan, is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join our Milan team and grow our online business. You will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production to deliver a seamless online experience aligned with the brand vision.

You will manage product content, maintain visual merchandising, oversee orders and newsletters, and monitor site performance with the tech team to ensure optimal online

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce
• Solid understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics
• Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage product uploads and catalogue accuracy on tallermarmo.com and marketplace
• Write product descriptions in line with the brand tone and luxury positioning
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising across the Online Boutique
• Ensure the right assortment is available at the right time
• Supervise and contribute to newsletters
• Monitor site functionality and coordinate with the technical team
• Collaborate with creative teams to support campaigns, launches, and traffic-driving initiatives
• Coordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful service and monitor orders, payments, and inventory levels

We are looking for a digital professional with at least two years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about the digital world.

In this role, you will report to the Ecommerce Manager and collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand’s vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
