JD.com is actively seeking a DSP Partnership Manager to oversee the daily management of DSP service providers, assess KPIs, and sustain strong relationships to ensure efficient operations. You will establish capacity communication, coordinate resources to align with business needs, and lead exception handling to minimize impact.

A Bachelor's degree and about five years’ experience, plus strong English, are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or above with about five years in DSP partnership management.
• Strong English speaking skills for working language.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and familiarity with European DSP compliance.

Mansioni

• Service Provider Management: daily management of DSP providers and KPI assessment.
• Capacity Communication and Coordination: coordinate capacity resources to meet business needs and ensure smooth terminal deliveries.
• Exception Handling: lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships and develop solutions.
• Compliance Management: ensure partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.
