Hyundai Motor Company Italy is seeking a District Sales Manager (North East) to implement and monitor Sales and Marketing policies within the Dealer Network across the North East Area. You will also monitor customer satisfaction and verify stock length, quality and quantity.

Competenze

• University degree required.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales objectives in the North East area (Sell-In, Sell-Out, market share).
• Manage approved plans and dealer policies per Sales Department.
• Maintain dealer network relationships and information flow between Dealers and the Company.
• Verify dealer stock length, quality and quantity.
• Develop local Sales and Marketing plans with dealers to meet volumes and market share objectives.
• Develop dealer network coverage by selecting and allocating dealers.
• Analyse performance indicators and monitor competitor activities.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline sales procedures and services.

As District Sales Manager (North East), you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Sales and Marketing policies, defined by Hyundai Motor Company Italy within Dealer Network (North East Area). You will also monitor Satisfaction Index of Hyundai Customers, ensuring the quality of service to final Customer and verifying Stock length, quality and quantity.

We want you to

• Grant the achievement of Sales Objectives within the area of competence: Sell-In (Dealer Stock), Sell-Out (Sales and Registrations volumes) and Market Share.
• Manage approved plans and strategies, Company policies and procedures defined by Sales Department, operating according to guidelines communicated.
• Manage relationships with the Dealer Network, ensuring a constant registration level monitoring within the area of competence and information flow between Dealers and the Company.
• Verify Dealers Stock length, quality and quantity level of the area of competence.
• Realize and implement, together with Dealers of area of competence, local Sales and Marketing plans (ATL and BTL), in order to grant the achievement of volumes and market share objectives, set by the Company.
• Develop the Dealer Network, granting the coverage of target market, selecting and allocating Dealers within the area of competence.
• Analyse performance indicators in the area of competence, evaluating competitors activities, making suggestions aimed at continuous improvement of dealer sales results.
• Contribute to sales procedures streamline and services rationalization, through initiatives proposed to Sales Department.
