Hyundai Capital Bank Italy is seeking an Area Manager to oversee and develop commercial relationships with dealers and financial partners across Italy. You will drive financing and insurance products, share KPIs, and push strategic initiatives within the dealer network while supporting the sales team with pricing tools and dashboards.

The role requires 3–5 years in pricing or financial analysis in the automotive sector, a university degree, willingness to travel, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Pricing or Financial Analysis Field Automotive OEM / Field Automotive Captive, ideally in Captive Finance or the automotive industry
• University degree in Marketing or Economics or Engineering
• Willingness to travel (Italy)
• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, process dashboards, and monitoring tools
• Ability to "get things done" even in difficult environments
• Analytical skills to develop correct actions from information
• Strong Team Player with excellent communicative skills
• English: fluent in speaking and writing
• Permanent Contract
