Hyundai Motor Company is seeking an Automotive Field Engineer to provide expert technical support to our dealer network and workshops in Milano. You will drive diagnostics, support service actions, and assist with new model launches in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements include a university degree in engineering, 2–3 years in technical service or automotive, fluent English, and strong analytical and customer-oriented skills.

Competenze

• University degree required in engineering or related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or automotive.
• Previous workshop or dealer network experience is a plus.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and technical support operations.

Mansioni

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Manage technical hotline activities and escalate complex cases when required
• Ensure correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns
• Translate technical documentation and communicate procedures and best practices across the dealer network
• Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses
• Support technical projects, new model launches and the management of Service Special Tools

As Automotive Field Engineer, you will provide technical support to Hyundai’s dealer network and authorized workshops, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues in line with HQ guidelines. You will also contribute to technical performance monitoring, quality improvement and new model launches.

We want you to:

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Manage technical hotline activities and escape complex cases when required
• Ensure the correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns
• Translate technical documentation and communicate procedures and best practices across the dealer network
• Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses
• Support technical projects, new model launches and the management of Service Special Tools
• Participate in Hyundai Motor Europe technical training and development programs

About you:

• University Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or the automotive industry
