Hyundai Motor UK Ltd. is seeking an Automotive Field Engineer to deliver technical support to Hyundai’s dealer network and authorized workshops.

You will handle diagnostics, TSBs and recalls, translate technical docs and participate in new model launches in a dynamic, international environment. The role requires a degree in engineering, 2–3 years of technical service experience, fluent English, and strong analytical skills.

Competenze

• University Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical service, engineering or the automotive industry.
• Previous workshop or dealer network experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes and technical support operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset

Mansioni

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage technical hotline activities and escalate complex cases when required.
• Ensure the correct implementation of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs), service actions and recall campaigns.

• Monitor recurring technical issues and contribute to quality reporting and performance analyses.

As Automotive Field Engineer, you will provide technical support to Hyundai’s dealer network and authorized workshops, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues in line with HQ guidelines. You will also contribute to technical performance monitoring, quality improvement and new model launches.

We want you to:

• Analyse dealer requests and provide technical support for vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage technical hotline activities and escale complex cases when required.
