Ecolab is seeking an Associate Planning Manager to lead a small planning organization within its manufacturing footprint in Italy. You will optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and inventory goals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements.

You will direct and coach the planning team, contribute to strategic roadmaps, ensure schedule adherence, and foster a collaborative environment across sites.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study.
  • 5 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience
  • Experience leading and/or developing others
  • Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others
  • Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders
  • Experience navigating through ambiguous and complex situations
  • Some experience in resolving conflict situations effectively, with minimal noise

Mansioni

We are seeking an Associate Planning Manager to be responsible for a small organization or single site. As the Associate Planning Manager, you will optimize planning processes to support delivery, production, and financial (inventory) goals and work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and implement improvements.


How You'll Make An Impact


  • May direct and coach the Planning and/or Scheduling team at a manufacturing facility focused on day-to-day or tactical tasks

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study

  • 5 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience

  • Experience leading and/or developing others

Preferred Qualifications


  • Advanced technical or business degree

  • Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.

  • APICS Certification

  • Direct people management experience

  • Strong business acumen and experience collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Customers

Compensation Range

The annual pay range for this position is 59.500 - 74.400 - 89.200 . This position is eligible for annual bonus.
