ADP is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Southern Europe product business from Milan or Barcelona. You will drive growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy, owning product‑market fit and shaping the global HCM platform.

In this regional leadership role, you will build and guide a high‑performing team, align regional roadmaps with global direction, and drive AI‑enabled product innovations across HR and payroll workflows.

• Proven experience owning regional or multi‑market product portfolios with measurable business impact.
• Strong track record of delivering growth, adoption, and customer value in enterprise environments.
• Experience operating in a global product organization with local market adaptations.
• Deep understanding of complex, regulated domains (HR tech, payroll, or adjacent industries preferred).

• Engage directly with enterprise clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
• Shape demand and validate strategy through deep customer insight.
• Represent the region in global product forums and leadership discussions.

Overview

This is a critical leadership role at the intersection of global platform strategy and local market execution, with accountability for driving growth, adoption, and client value across Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
