In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the academic success, satisfaction, and engagement of our students, while managing and motivating a high-performing service team.

What You’ll Do

As Service Manager, you will:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of teachers and didactic staff
• Deliver and uphold academic quality by implementing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
• Teach classes in line with the Wall Street English Method
• Drive internal revenue growth through high-quality service and student retention
• Oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure a seamless learning journey

Who You Are

• Native-level or bilingual English speaker
• University degree holder
• CELTA or equivalent ELT certification
• 2+ years of teaching experience (WSE experience a plus)
• Excellent command of Italian (spoken and written)
• Experience in team management; a background in sales or customer service is also considered an asset
