Job summary

EF Education First in Italy is seeking a Language Coordinator to promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to prospective students. You will engage with students by email and phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.

Your key responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining high-volume tele-sales outreach, and representing EF at fairs and universities. This fully on-site role rewards teamwork, exceptional communication, and a passion for helping

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fluent in Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Europe.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Use our internal database to sustain a long-term sales strategy.
• Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume outbound tele-sales cadence to prospective students.
• Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and the team to reach sales goals with a positive attitude.
• Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students.
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with global staff to provide EF experiences.

As a Language Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Italian Team. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Sales: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategy
• Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-sales calls daily to potential students
• Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
• Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal sales and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full working rights in Europe
• Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
• All additional languages are a plus!
