ABB Energy Industries is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist in a hybrid role in Italy to drive revenue for digital solutions bridging OT and IT. You will own the funnel from identifying opportunities to closing deals, collaborating with cross-functional teams on AI, analytics, and digital twin technologies.

The role requires a proven digital sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work options and welfare benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Proven experience in digital sales within industrial or IT/OT sectors.
• Ability to articulate a customer’s digital journey and a stepwise plan.
• Ability to discuss automation architectures, OT networks and industrial digital applications with engineering teams.
• Strong track record in building and selling digital solutions.
• Experience engaging customers at operational and management levels.
• Familiarity with major CRM tools and data analysis software
• Engineering background in Automation, Control Systems, Industrial Informatics or Process Engineering
• Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance, Sustainability and Manufacturing Digital Applications
• Networking and relationship-building
