Alstom in Lombardy is seeking an experienced Method & Process Integration Expert to represent the business voice for tool and process areas. You will review tool performance, analyze issues with Key Users, align with Mé tiers on evolutions, and verify standard processes are efficiently used while supporting digital projects.

Responsibilities include enabling process efficiency, leading continuous improvement, coordinating training, and driving collaboration across IS&T, BPO, and ERP

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of business analysis.
• Familiarity with IT tools.
• Understanding of industrial processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Interest in railway and service industries.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Positive attitude toward change and continuous learning.

Mansioni

• Support business processes efficiency through implementation and continuous improvement of ad-hoc methodologies and monitoring of process KPIs.
• Support business to specify and deploy digital projects (capture requirements, transfer to IS&T, organize implementation, plan change management).
• Drive and support the Key User as Level2 Functional support to distribute and capitalize returns of experience.
• Ensure GSI/ERP running maintenance and evolutions implementation; coordinate with BPO and new releases.
• Mitigate operational crises with communication, coordination, workarounds and degrade mode definitions.
• Consolidate training kit and coordinate business training needs and sessions.
• Assure methodologies deploy among M&PI experts and KU network; animate KU network meetings.
