Job summary

Tailor&Fox – your HR Business Partner – for a multinational company, leader in the medical technology sector, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist. The role supports brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
• Experience in paid social media or other paid media campaigns.
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English.
• Experience in an international or multinational company is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage.

DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

Reporting to the relevant Management and working closely with international and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives, supporting brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation;
• Manage and update corporate websites through Content Management Systems;
• Develop and implement paid social media and other digital advertising campaigns;
• Collaborate with local media partners to plan and implement advertising and communication activities;
• Monitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
• 3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results;
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems;
• Experience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns;

We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio (Level 3), with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 35.000 to € 42.000, plus a variable compensation component ranging from € 5.000 to € 8.000.
