MORGAN SRL is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its Marketing Team in Novara, Italy. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within ophthalmic companies. This hybrid role combines in-office, remote, and field activities.

The position offers an attractive compensation package, including a bonus system and company car, with a salary range between €50,000 and €80,000 based on experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Ophthalmic Companies.

Responsibilities and Job Description

• Manage marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Promote and inspire marketing activities, campaigns and congresses attendance
• Analyze market trends and competitors
• Develop and implement brand communication
• Manage and enhance the company brand
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
• Track performance and ensure field force continuous training and support

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• English speaking

Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto), remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
