UNICEF Innocenti in Florence seeks a Digital Impact Assistant to provide fast, first-line ICT support to staff and consultants. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist with technology migrations, and maintain records of hardware and software, while guiding users through new tools and systems to stay connected.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, a relevant university degree, and fluency in English; knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is desirable.

Competenze

• Completion of Secondary education is mandatory.
• Formal training at university level in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Engineering is an asset.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent customer support certification is an asset.
