Competenze

• Completion of Secondary Education is required.
• Five years of clerical experience in finance and accounting are required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• Proficiency in English and Italian is required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and travel claims.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures, reviewing commitments and balances.
• Maintain financial controls and assist with month-end and year-end closures.
• Support colleagues with finance-related queries and advise on procedures.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports and assist in audits.
• Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge using digital tools.
