UNICEF Rome Common Services Center seeks a Digital Impact Associate to strengthen digital identity and access management. The role focuses on ensuring proper user/device access, enforcing RBAC, and maintaining secure authentication across systems.

You will support continuous improvement of ICT security posture in a fast-paced, humanitarian context. Experience in IT support for enterprise environments, proficiency with Microsoft Entra and PowerShell, and strong English communication are

Competenze

• Completion of Secondary Education is required; higher education is an asset.
• Experience with IT support and enterprise systems is required (6+ years).
• Proficiency with ID management systems (Microsoft Entra) and admin tools (PowerShell) is required.
• MS365, SharePoint, Teams and related tools are a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.

Mansioni

• Manage user access and device lifecycle during onboarding, relocation and off-boarding.
• Enforce access control policies and RBAC for security across networks and resources.
• Implement and manage MFA and SSO solutions to verify identities.
• Monitor access activities and perform regular reviews for compliance.
• Troubleshoot identity-related incidents to minimize disruption.
