UNICEF Rome CSC seeks a skilled IT Identity and Access Management specialist to safeguard digital access and devices for UNICEF staff. You will implement secure authentication (MFA/SSO), manage user and device lifecycles, and enforce RBAC across the network, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

Completion of Secondary Education is required; ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent is an asset.
At least 6 years in IT Support or IT Customer Service in an enterprise environment.
Experience with ID management systems and diagnostic tools is required.

Mansioni

Create, manage, and disable user accounts and device access across onboarding, relocation, and off-boarding processes.
Define, enforce, and monitor access policies and RBAC across networks and resources.
Implement and manage secure authentication methods including MFA and SSO.
Monitor user and device activity, conduct access reviews, and generate compliance reports.
Investigate identity-related security incidents and troubleshoot access issues.
