Job summary

3T Bike is seeking a digitally focused marketer to strengthen the brands’ online presence across B2C and B2B markets. You will manage websites, run performance campaigns and develop CRM and email strategies within the group’s shared marketing team, across brands including 3T and Limar.

You will collaborate with communications, e‑commerce and customer service teams, shaping journeys from acquisition to conversion and retention, and you will test and implement AI-driven improvements while ensuring

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing experience with websites, campaigns and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and WordPress; builds pages and config apps.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and optimizing ad spend.
• Familiar with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to manage CRM, campaigns and automated flows.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve group websites on Shopify and WordPress, including pages and SEO.
• Set up and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop CRM and email marketing workflows for B2B and B2C.
• Maintain the DAM and asset management across brands.
• Explore AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
