Job description

We are looking for someone with strong digital skills, a hands‑on approach and a focus on results to help develop our brands’ online presence and strengthen the group’s in‑house marketing capabilities.

3T is part of the NPU Group. You will join the group’s shared marketing team, working across its sports brands, including 3T and Limar, as well as other group companies, including Uturn, MPE, Domogel and Dampe.

The role offers the opportunity to work across different industries, audiences and business models, developing digital marketing activities for both B2C and B2B markets.

1) The role

You will manage and improve our websites, run performance marketing campaigns and develop CRM and email marketing activities. You will play an active role in shaping digital customer journeys, from initial acquisition through to conversion and retention.

You will work closely with colleagues responsible for communications, e‑commerce and customer service, helping to develop the team’s digital activities and capabilities.

We are looking for someone who can both propose solutions and put them into practice: setting up a campaign, building a landing page, launching an automated email flow and analysing results to identify the next step.

2) What you will do
Website management and development
  • Manage and update the group’s websites, primarily on Shopify and WordPress, improving their content, structure, functionality and user experience.
  • Build pages, landing pages and new sections using theme modules and the tools available within each platform.
  • Suggest copy and select images, videos and other assets that align with each brand and the page’s objectives, working with the communications team.
  • Identify, install and configure apps, plugins and integrations that support marketing activities.
  • Check that pages, forms and conversion paths work correctly, including on mobile, and handle basic on‑page SEO.
  • Work with external agencies on more complex technical developments, translating marketing needs into clear briefs and checking the solutions delivered.

You will not be expected to build websites from scratch. However, you must be confident working independently with these platforms and actively contributing to their ongoing development.

Performance marketing and analytics
  • Set up, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage media spend within agreed budgets, monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Set up and verify event and conversion tracking, with support from technical partners when needed.
  • Analyse results and produce clear reports, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Plan and run tests across audiences, creative assets, messaging and landing pages to improve performance.
CRM, email marketing and customer journeys
  • Develop digital journeys for B2B and B2C audiences, from lead acquisition through to conversion, reactivation and retention.
  • Manage and segment contact databases, maintaining data quality and ensuring consent is properly managed.
  • Create email templates, campaigns and automated flows in collaboration with colleagues responsible for content and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop lead generation activities and initiatives to strengthen relationships with existing contacts and customers.
  • Monitor email marketing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Digital assets and DAM
  • Keep the DAM — Digital Asset Management system organised and up to date, making assets easy for teams and partners to find and use.
  • Maintain asset classification, version control and availability across brands and channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of new assets, particularly for digital campaigns, defining requirements, formats and variations to test.
  • Select and adapt existing assets for use across websites, campaigns and emails.
Innovation and AI
  • Help introduce artificial intelligence tools into marketing workflows.
  • Identify practical applications to improve efficiency in areas such as reporting, asset management, creative variations and automation.
  • Evaluate output quality and use tools with due attention to data confidentiality and brand consistency.
3) What we are looking for
  • Practical experience in a digital marketing role with hands‑on responsibility for websites, campaigns and email marketing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress, including the ability to build pages and sections and configure apps and plugins.
  • Direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and optimising advertising spend.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to use CRM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms to manage segmentation, campaigns and automated flows.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify priorities and recommend practical actions.
  • A good eye for copy, visual content and user experience, with a focus on conversion goals.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, essential for working with international brands and markets.
  • Initiative, attention to detail and the ability to organise work across multiple projects, aligning priorities and deadlines with the team.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across different industries and audiences.
4) Nice to have
  • Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly cycling.
  • Experience working across multiple brands and both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Experience managing a DAM system and adapting visual assets for digital channels.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and automation in marketing workflows.
5) What you can expect

A shared marketing team, a varied portfolio of brands and projects, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the group’s digital development.

You will have room to suggest improvements, test solutions and see them through to implementation, working alongside colleagues with complementary skills and specialist partners for more complex developments.

We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, background, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or beliefs.
