Job summary

Exein is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with B2B tech experience to run Exein's marketing engine end-to-end—from CRM and data foundations to paid acquisition and video creative. You'll generate qualified leads, optimize conversions, and run growth experiments to expand Exein's presence in the embedded and Physical AI cybersecurity.

Based in Rome with a hybrid work model, you will partner with senior communications, PR, and product leadership on growth priorities, channel mix, and GTM

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing
• Strong CRM and data architecture knowledge
• Proven paid acquisition performance
• Experience with video strategies for funnel stages
• End-to-end vendor management

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize lead nurture workflows and email campaigns
• Plan and optimize paid media across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Test landing pages, ad copy, and conversion paths
• Collaborate with product leadership on growth priorities
• Track KPIs with GA4, GTM, and HubSpot
