Publicis Sapient in Milan is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market. You will coordinate initiatives, improve ways of working and advise on evolving priorities, CRM and customer engagement.

You will help deliver digital and CRM projects, align priorities across cross-functional teams, and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product, Digital transformation, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience or related areas.
• Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management or Digital delivery activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Digital, CRM and customer engagement.
• Fluent Italian and good working English.

Overview

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our Product and Digital Transformation practice, supporting Digital and CRM initiatives for the Italian market. This role is suited to someone with experience in Digital delivery and/or CRM operations who is comfortable working with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will help coordinate initiatives, improve ways of working and provide practical advisory support on evolving Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement.

Your role

As PM, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Digital and CRM initiatives, helping client and delivery teams maintain clear priorities, effective coordination and consistent progress.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital and CRM delivery.
• Coordinate delivery teams to ensure agreed milestones and quality standards are met.
• Help ensure activities remain aligned with client priorities and expected outcomes.
• Coordinate stakeholders and teams: work with client stakeholders and internal teams across CRM, Web, Marketing, Operations, Product and Technology.
• Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops and alignment sessions.
• Provide structured input and practical advice to clients on Digital business priorities, CRM and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain clear and timely communication across all parties involved.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requested experience

Additional information

The salary range for this position is €30,000 to €40,000 (annual gross). This reflects the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Individual pay within this range is determined by a combination of relevant skills, experience, and demonstrated expertise assessed during the hiring process.
