Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Applications Specialist to install, maintain, and support diagnostic instrumentation in hospital and lab environments across Italy. You will join the European Implementation Team, located in the Rome area, traveling extensively to support customers and ensure high-quality data and service.

The role emphasizes scientific troubleshooting, customer training, and collaboration with the Field Application Manager to drive revenue growth and contract

Competenze

• University Scientific degree + minimum 1 year of experience in Hematology.
• Experience in Chemical chemistry and immunoassays is an advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and Professional English; third European language would be a strong plus.

• Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
• Provide excellent professional support and training to Beckman Coulter's customers.
• Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner, resolve issues to deliver a high-quality Customer Experience.
