Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to design and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, and to lead CI/CD, observability, and security-by-design initiatives.

You will mentor a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate with product and application teams to ensure reliable, scalable delivery of AI-enabled expert solutions. The role emphasizes DevSecOps adoption, modern containerised/serverless architectures, and proactive reliability improvements across

Competenze

• At least two Azure and/or AWS Certifications.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Release Engineering, or software engineering with production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and scalable secure solutions.
• Proven Infra as Code automation experience with Terraform preferred or CloudFormation.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.
• Experience automating tasks using scripting/automation.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI usage patterns in workflows.
• Solid CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Lead adoption of DevSecOps and IaC across ops, delivery, and organization.
• Drive containerised/serverless architectures (AKS/EKS, Docker, Azure Functions).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability.
• Define observability standards: SLI/SLOs, monitoring, logging, alerting, and MTTR reduction.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and lead cross-team collaboration.
• Ensure security-by-design and compliance across SDLC.
• Lead incident resolution and root-cause analyses for continuous improvement.
