Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare seeks a Destination Services Procurement Lead to source, contract and manage services across destinations. You will lead a team of three professionals, optimize costs and secure reliable supplier capacity to support both series and ad hoc travel programs.

responsibili­ties include negotiating terms, maintaining supplier networks, and ensuring compliance with procedures, while collaborating with Operations, Sales and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in contracting, procurement, operations, product management or supplier management in the travel industry.
• Solid knowledge of destination services; experience with guide services, attractions or entrance management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contract services in line with market plans, contracting guidelines and agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of suppliers and local service providers.
• Ensure capacity and availability to support both series and ad hoc business.
• Manage procurement and contractual arrangements for all services and ensure compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions with Operations and Customer Service.
• Lead and develop a team of three DS Procurement professionals.
