Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Rome is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support our EMEA travel operations. You will handle incoming calls, emails and chats, ensure smooth itineraries and act as the local public-relations contact to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate services, assist tour leaders, monitor supplier quality, and provide timely reports. The role includes business trips within EMEA, after-hours on-call duties, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed,

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese, Italian and English written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or travel industry.
• Knowledge of APAC/EMEA markets and cultures.
• Basic knowledge of internal booking systems; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls, emails and chats from customers travelling in EMEA.
• Act as part of the emergency response team and support tour leaders and customers during crises.
• Monitor and spot-check the quality of suppliers; ensure itinerary feasibility.
• Provide reports and presentations after interactions, inspections and spot checks.
