Sharp Brains is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user support and manage office IT infrastructure in Rome, Lazio. The role covers asset management, hardware lifecycle tasks, and coordination with remote teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals, as well as coordinating with Level 2 support and handling inventory and environmental systems.

Competenze

• Experience providing hands-on IT support to end users in an office setting.
• Familiarity with desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage IT assets and coordinate with vendors or teams.
• Basic networking knowledge including LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Provision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues; coordinate escalations.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and conference tech.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise maintenance activities.
• Receive, register, label, image, deploy, track and maintain IT assets; conduct inventories.
