Job summary

Galderma in Milan, Italy, seeks a Cx Brand Manager to translate local market plans for Cetaphil, Benzac, and Onilaq into strategies that boost brand value, sales, profitability, and market share while respecting budget constraints. You will map consumer journeys, monitor market dynamics, and build integrated action plans across channels.

The role requires 5–8 years in pharma/dermo-cosmetic marketing, strong digital know-how, and robust cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Brand management experience in Pharma or FMCG (consumer focus/dermo-cosmetic)
• 5–8 years in Marketing (Product/Brand Management)
• Strong digital marketing knowledge
• Experience with Medical Visit strategy and congresses is a plus
• Fluent in business English; Italian native preferred
• Experience in matrix organizations with international exposure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of pharma sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop promotional and communication plans for Cx portfolio aligned with objectives and guidelines.
• Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
• Analyze market data and consumer insights to refine execution and forecast demand.
• Drive customer engagement across physical and digital channels.
• Build and monitor sampling strategy.
• Create and adapt promotional materials with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate media strategies and localization of assets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Medical teams cross-functionally.
• Work with IDS initiatives across BUs to support integrated dermatology strategies.
