Beiersdorf Italy is seeking a Medical Relations & Digital Opinion Leader Manager to drive Eucerin’s medical engagement strategy in Italy, focusing on Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology and Aesthetic Dermatology. You will liaison with KOLs, DOLs, pharmacists and healthcare professionals, delivering scientific engagement across omnichannel channels.

You will localize the global medical plan, build engagement plans, manage stakeholders, lead scientific projects, and coordinate congresses and events

Competenze

• Strong scientific expertise in dermatology or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a similar function.
• Proven experience in KOL/DOL management, stakeholder engagement and scientific networking.
• Experience planning and executing congresses, scientific events and educational initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, external partnerships and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Localize and implement Eucerin’s global medical strategy at country level.
• Develop annual medical engagement plans aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Identify emerging scientific trends and opportunities in dermatology.
• Ensure medical activities are scientifically sound, compliant and HCP-centric.
• Contribute to omnichannel engagement plans to maximise scientific impact.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Dermatologists, Pediatricians, Aesthetic Physicians and Pharmacists.
• Engage and manage KOLs and DOLs; develop stakeholder engagement plans regionally.
• Lead collaborations with healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities and societies.
• Lead Eucerin’s medical presence at congresses, symposia and advisory boards.
• Act as medical ambassador with field visits and congress participation.
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and field teams; monitor KPIs, budget, ROI.
