The role requires Italian fluency, kitchen experience, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a starting level C3 under the Turismo AICA contract and a gross monthly salary of €1,621.40, with an annual range of €22,699.60 to €23,620.66.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian; English knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of dishes according to established standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Support stock control, proper storage, and rotation of food products.
• Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service operations.
