Alfasigma is seeking a Demand Planner to connect commercial strategy with operations in Italy. You will manage forecasting across product portfolios, channels, and SKUs, ensuring visibility for effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning or related field.
• FMCG/Consumer Goods experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting across product portfolios, channels and SKUs.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market dynamics, promotional initiatives and customer behavior to forecast.
• Monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, forecast bias, service level, stock availability.
• Support monthly forecasting and S&OP cycle with alignment between commercial and operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Planning, Sales and KAM to identify risks and actions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
• Contribute to new product launches and portfolio changes with forecasting assumptions.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management meetings and reviews.
• Translate complex data into clear business messages across functions.
