Alfasigma, a leading Italian healthcare company, is seeking a Strategy Manager based in Bologna to drive the long-term growth roadmap. You will source, synthesize, and deliver key business analytics to enable informed decisions across the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and manage post-merger integration programs to advance Alfasigma's global strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a consultant in a top-10 firm.
• Post-Merger Integration experience.
• Experience delivering complex strategic programs in pharma.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic fields for Alfasigma with high impact and design project concepts accordingly.
• Drive progress of strategic projects with leadership and across functions and countries.
• Manage analytical activities to support goal setting and planning.
• Initiate key projects to implement the business strategy.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment.
• Coordinate and support Post-Merger Integration activities.
