Alfasigma in Milan/Bologna is seeking a Demand Planner who connects commercial strategy with operational execution. You will support demand forecasting across product portfolios, channels, and SKUs, ensuring the visibility needed for effective decisions.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders; fluent English is essential for collaboration across functions.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning or related areas.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Manage forecasting activities across portfolios, channels and SKUs.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market dynamics, and promotions to develop forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, bias, service level and stock availability.
• Support monthly forecasting and S&OP cycle with alignment between commercial and operations.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Planning, Sales and Key Account Management teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
• Contribute to new product launches and portfolio changes with forecasting inputs.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for management meetings and business reviews.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by translating data into clear messages.
