Autel Energy - Europe is seeking a Fulfilment Representative to own the post-signature delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to translate contracts into successful go-lives and ongoing performance.

You will drive KPI and SLA reviews, manage onboarding and adoption, monitor cash flow and risks, and collaborate with Sales, Solution, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to secure long-term customer outcomes across Europe.

Competenze

• Experience in leading cross-functional customer delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, delivery governance, and revenue recognition.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel across Europe.

Mansioni

• Own the customer fulfilment lifecycle from PO to go-live and stabilisation.
• Manage delivery scope, timelines, cost, and quality with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance, and partners.
• Drive go-live readiness, invoicing alignment, and revenue realisation.
• Lead governance, risk and escalation with stakeholders.
