Experteer Italy is seeking a Delivery Customer Success Manager - Farmer to maintain regular contact with a portfolio of existing customers and coordinate licensing support. You will work closely with Sales Operations Specialists to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure smooth processes.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office, and Procurement to support end-to-end activities and resolve escalations promptly, while deepening knowledge of industry trends with

Competenze

• Experience in B2B software or SaaS environments.
• Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Proficient in English and Italian with strong communication skills.

• Maintain regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and coordinate licensing support.
