UniCredit S.p.A. in Milan seeks highly motivated students for the Global Syndicate internship within Debt Markets. You will support deal materials, pitch books, and reporting across the deal lifecycle, gaining exposure to LBO, M&A financings, and post-IPO work.

The role is designed for finance, banking or economics students, with strong English, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will learn from multiple finance units and collaborate under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business.
• Strong English both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance essentials.
• Analytical mindset with good communication.
• Able to work effectively under time pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pitch books, syndication materials, pricings, and roadshows.
• Understand the deal lifecycle from pitch to closing.
• Assist with internal and external reporting.
• Interact with UniCredit colleagues across finance units and other banks.
