Citi is seeking a 6‑month internship in its Corporate Banking team in Milan, starting January or February 2027. You will conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, model cash flows, and perform capital‑markets analysis while supporting live deal structuring and client discussions.

Ideal candidates are enrolled at a university able to provide an internship agreement, fluent in Italian and English, with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in corporate finance and learning.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct accounting and financial statement analysis, cash-flow modelling and capital-markets analysis.
• Complete fundamental risk and credit analysis.
• Liaise with product partners.
• Assist in presenting and developing new ideas to clients.
• Participate in live deal structuring.
• Drive client dialogue on capital structure, liability management, liquidity and funding strategies, risk management and investment solutions.
