Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Deal Sourcing Partner AI, Healthcare & MedTech based in Italy. You will identify high-potential companies with financing needs of €2 million or more and establish warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs, investors, and other decision-makers.

This is a freelance collaboration with remote flexibility and the potential for a long-term sector partnership. Work closely with an advisory and capital-raising team to develop a qualified deal pipeline across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deal sourcing, equity sales, business development, fundraising, M&A, investment, or advisory in Healthcare/MedTech/Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising AI, Healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, Life Sciences, Biotech, Diagnostics, and Medical Devices companies with financing needs.
• Leverage an established network to generate qualified deal opportunities and warm introductions to founders, CEOs, CFOs, and investors.
• Assess financing requirements, company stage, and potential advisory engagement; identify mandates across fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities; collaborate with internal team to evaluate deals and secure mandates.
• Support opportunities through the process of obtaining a formal mandate and maintain relationships to generate recurring opportunities.
