Job summary
Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Procurement Legal Counsel based in Italy to support global procurement operations for AI infrastructure. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, SOWs and related documentation, ensuring timely execution while managing risk and contract governance.
You will collaborate with regional procurement leaders, legal teams, and external counsel across Europe and the Americas, contributing to scalable processes, contract templates, and playbooks
Qualifications
- Qualified in law or contracts with practical commercial contract experience.
- At least four years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, supply and framework agreements.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial documentation using approved templates.
- Support negotiation with regional procurement leaders and external counsel as needed.
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and renewals.
- Maintain contract records, templates, and playbooks to improve governance.
- Identify risks, escalate complex provisions, and provide clear recommendations.
