Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an Off-cycle Intern in Milan for a six-month program within Investment Banking Italy. You will work alongside investment bankers on M&A, Equity and Leveraged Finance origination and execution.

Tasks include evaluating companies, building financial models, and preparing industry statistics for pitches. Ideal candidates have strong communication, commitment and team spirit, with an emphasis on cash flow analysis and client-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar fields.
• Proficient in English communication and able to collaborate with international teams.
• Ultimate year of study; indicate if pursuing further education in application.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies for M&A, equity and leveraged finance origination and execution.
• Develop models for M&A transactions and capital raising.
• Prepare industry statistics for pitches and client presentations.
• Support live deal execution and client delivery.
