Deutsche Bank AG in Milan seeks a senior member of the Debt Capital Markets origination team to advise and execute financing solutions for financial institutions and corporates in Italy and beyond.

The role demands fluency in Italian and strong business English, extensive deal experience in primary markets, and the ability to coordinate with Syndicate, Risk Management, and coverage teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in DCM origination and coverage.
• Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate across teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel and DCM market-data sources.

Mansioni

• Support the origination and execution of primary-market debt transactions across Italy, Greece and the wider region with focus on Financial Institutions but with exposures with Corporate, SSA and Structured Finance origination.
• Collaborate with Debt Syndicate, Risk Management Solutions, Investment Banking Coverage, Regional Management and infrastructure functions, including Legal and Compliance.
• Contribute to the marketing, origination, structuring and execution of capital markets offerings for clients across the region.
