The Data Management Team Lead will manage end-to-end data management delivery for single or multi-service projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, and providing leadership to the DM team.

The role encompasses project planning, execution, and close-out, along with oversight of the study setup, data cleaning, device integration validation, and sponsor audits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field with proven experience in Data Management.
• 3-4 years direct Data Management experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead.
• English fluency, spoken and English advanced.
• Advanced computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, Inbox etc.
• Advanced understanding of Drug development lifecycle and Overall Clinical research process.

Mansioni

• Gather Study Setup requirements through discussion with stakeholders.
• Support validation of new Device integrations with minimal guidance.
• Oversight & conduct data cleaning to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Support training of new joiners and lead study meetings and sponsor audits.
• Tracks and manages projects, overseeing progress and risks.
• Manage implementation of new technology/database revisions with guidance.
• Collaborate with programming team for process innovation and automation.
