IQVIA seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for complex global clinical trials and to partner with sponsors and cross-functional teams to accelerate therapies.

You will lead multi-regional studies focusing on high-priority indications, driving delivery from start-up to close-out while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance across regions.

Competenze

• 7+ years of clinical research experience including global or multi-regional trials
• Experience leading renal, obesity and/or MASH studies is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage sponsors and senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Lead the delivery of complex global clinical studies across regions, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and regulatory compliance
• Serve as primary strategic partner for sponsors and provide leadership and innovative solutions
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams across regions to drive performance
• Oversee study timelines, budgets, quality, risks and operational delivery
• Drive proactive risk management and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle
• Ensure studies meet ICH-GCP and contractual commitments
