IQVIA in Italy is seeking a Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting to drive the design, development and delivery of multi-project consulting work for pharma and healthcare clients. You will engage with clients, present tailored solutions and lead cross-functional IQVIA teams to leverage data-driven insights.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate multiple workstreams and contribute to strategy initiatives with visibility across the firm.

Competenze

MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering.
5+ years of consulting experience with a top firm.
Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage projects.

Mansioni

Design, develop and deliver consulting projects or components of large projects.
Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions, collaborating with IQVIA teams.
Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Conduct desk research using internal and external sources.
Perform quantitative analyses to support recommendations.
Prepare, execute and follow up on client meetings and workshops.
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance.
Oversee project planning and multi-workstream execution to meet timelines and quality standards.
