IQVIA seeks a Director of Global Business Development for Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement to drive growth across international markets, expanding client relationships and opening new geographies for outsourced, deployment and engagement solutions.

You will lead multi-country strategies, engage senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own deals from qualification to contract handover while travelling as needed.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in Life Sciences commercial leadership or business development.
• Experience as General Manager, Head of Sales or BU manager in large pharma.
• Proven track record selling complex, global outsourcing solutions.

• Identify and prioritise global and regional market opportunities.
• Develop multi-geography go-to-market strategies.
